Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ACTUALLY ONLINE SHOP.

BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE

By placing an order with the ActuallySHOP, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any of these terms and conditions, you should contact us at info@actuallyshop.com before placing an order with us.

All payments are to be made securely through PayPal, and there, guided legally by the terms and conditions of PayPal.
Payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order must be received before your order can be accepted. Upon receiving your payment, we will confirm the acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email at the email address you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.

PRICES AND VAT

All prices on the ActuallySHOP are given SGD and are shown inclusive of Singapore’s goods and services tax (GST) at the current rate of 0.07% but exclusive of delivery costs.

Please note ActuallySHOP has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

Payment must be made at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in effect at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order.

AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. In the event that the goods you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and you may cancel the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be applicable to Sale purchases and the returns and exchange policies set out below will not apply.

Returns are only accepted if you find faults in the products, in which case, you can choose to either make an exchange or a refund. Returnable goods must be faulty when delivered to you. We at ACTUALLY ONLINE SHOP take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. Any items subjected to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
If you wish to do a return, please email us directly at info@actuallyshop.com and make your request clear about the fault. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORISATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS. Faulty items can be returned/refunded or exchanged provided that they are in unused and unwashed condition, and have all tags and original packaging in place.
(1) Exchange option: Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
(2) Return/Refund option: You will have the choice of receiving an ActuallySHOP credit note or a refund to your PayPal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
PayPal: For a refund to your PayPal account, items need to be returned and reach us within 14 days of being received by you. If you return the product any later than the 14-day time slot, you will have up to 21 days (an extra 7 days) from the date of you receiving the goods -- in which you will be issued with an ActuallySHOP Credit Note instead, to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds onto PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
Credit Note: You can opt for a credit note instead of a refund to your PayPal account. ActuallySHOP credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on the ActuallySHOP and cannot be used at any of our physical stores under the parent company of Actually Pte Ltd. If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are in unused and unwashed condition, and have all tags and original packaging in place. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORISATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS. Otherwise, the returned items will not be entertained.

Exchange: Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your PayPal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds onto PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that internation customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.

We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to ACTUALLY PTE LTD. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of ACTUALLY PTE LTD. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

JURISDICTION

This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
